Limits of Liability |
We are concerned
with your success as well as our own. Miguel's Color Service
will exercise all reasonable care in handling your submitted
materials. Submission of film print, or artwork for processing,
duplication or other handling constitutes an agreement
by you and Miguel's Color Service that in the event of
loss, damage or other deterioration of your materials,
however caused, limits our liability to the replacement
costs of the film or the costs of the materials used in
the actual artwork. The replacement costs are solely at
Miguel's Color Service's discretion. Except for material
replacement costs, and other warranty, liability or recovery
claims for an incidental or consequential damages are excluded.
Miguel's Color Service assumes no responsibility for completed
orders unclaimed at the end of 60 calendar days. |

Attention to Copyright: Miguel's
Color Service observes copyright protection. Any copyrighted
film or art must have written authority from the perperly
authorized owner of that copyright for Miguel's to generate
duplicate copies of that art or film. |

Agreement to Indemnify Miguel's
Color Service: The purchaser of our services agrees
to save and hold harmless and indemnify Miguel's Color
Service for all expenses, cost, legal fees or jugements
that may result from claims or lawsuits resulting from
customer requests to process film or duplicate film or
customers suffering any loss or injury on the lab premises. |

 Quotations: We
give our best estimate based upon available information
that we receive from our clients. However, if you wish
to have a binding quotation, we must review your job at
the lab with the final job and delivery requirements. A
written quotation will be offered if required |
